“July Falls Within The Peak Rental Demand Period, which Explains the Reduced Number of Listings Across Cyprus --Just 1,390 Available Apartments. For Comparison, A Similar Analysis Conducted in January Showed 3,257 Units on The Market.
With 1,013 Apartments Available for Rent, Limassol Stands Out as the District with the Highest Supply. It is followed by Nicosia (191 Units), Larnaca (128), and Paphos (54). The Free Area of Famagusta Has the Lowest Supply, with only 4 Available Apartments.
Limassol Continues to Command the Highst Average Asking Rent, Reaching € 3,057 Per Month. In Contrast, More Affordable Options are found in Paphos (€ 1,492), Nicosia (€ 1,371), and Larnaca (€ 1,277), Reflecting Regional Differences in Demand and Property Supply.
Nicosia
The capital is characterized by a Balanced Distribution of Rental Apartments, with the Highest Availability Among Two-Bedroom Units (90) and Three-Bedroom Units (63). There is More Limited Availability for One-Bedroom Units (30) and Four-Bedroom Units (8).
