The society of Zakynthos is shocked by the news of the death of a child, just 2 years old, from a dog attack, in the village of Agios Leontas.
According to information, the family's dog attacked the child and fatally bit him all over the body and neck.
He was taken to the Zakynthos General Hospital unconscious and despite the efforts of the doctors, he ended up dead.
The child's parents are animal lovers, as they hosted local strays.
