Its independence was announced by the former MP of DIPA, Michalis Giakoumis.

Mr. Giakoumis published a letter to the President of the Party, Mario Karoyan, noting that the decision was taken with a deep sense of duty towards the world of centrist space.

Mr. Giakoumis noted that with his independence he wishes to send a message of keeping the central area alive, strong and unifying.

Yesterday, Michalis Giakoumis submitted a proposal for the cooperation of DIPA with DIKO and a total reorganization of the intermediate space with the political bureau deciding not to even open the debate on the matter.
